Hinduja Group, a global conglomerate known for its diversified businesses across sectors, has appointed Mukesh Rathi as its chief digital officer.

Rathi, who comes with over 24 years of diverse industry experience, has joined Hinduja Group from Dr Reddy’s Laboratories where he worked as chief digital and information officer.

At the Hinduja Group, Rathi will shoulder the dual responsibility of architecting robust digital transformation roadmaps for group companies while steering the conglomerate towards a commanding presence in the digital economy. He would be based at the Hinduja Group’s Corporate Centre in Worli.

Throughout his professional journey, he has executed successful digital business strategies, nurtured novel digital ventures, and spearheaded innovation to establish competitive advantage.

Rathi’s specialties lie in digital transformation, innovation, digital strategy, platform thinking, advanced analytics, business process excellence, product management, design thinking, user experience, supply network transformation, capability building, change management, and culture transformation.

HP Enterprise Services, Genpact, SAP India, and Hindustan Unilever are other organisations where Rathi worked previously.
