Colin Stanbridge, CEO, London Chamber of Commerce was among the group of senior UK trade dignitaries who visited Defiance Technologies recently to see how they could leverage Defiance's capabilities in emerging technologies. Also part of the delegation was Olivier Brusle, Managing Director of The Supply Chain Foundation.
The visitors from the UK took a keen interest in the dedicated Social Media Command Centre managed by Defiance for Nissan. Colin Stanbridge, speaking about his impression of the command centre, said that it was quite impressive to see that Defiance's value addition went beyond gathering social media intelligence through its analysts and multi-lingual capability. According to him, the key to making sense of social media and consumer voices was analysis of consumer generated media.
The team also expressed interest in the mobility apps built by the Enterprise Mobility team at Defiance.
