HR heads and senior HR members at the 4th Hinduja Group HR Conclave in Hosur
The 4th Hinduja Group HR Conclave was held in Hosur from 22nd-24th November, 2012. It was attended by HR heads and senior HR members of all Hinduja Group companies.
The theme for this year's conclave was 'ONE HR: Co-creation and Co-ownership' and discussed the need to:
- Work in synergy
- Join hands for creating and nurturing key leadership processes
- Provide top quality HR network and support within the Group
Discussions around the Hinduja Leadership Development and Competency Framework took place and members were aligned to the way forward on key issues, agreed on modalities of informally working together in future and came away with a calendar with timelines with an objective of continuing communication and consultation.
ONE HR, a community of HR heads and level 2 managers was also established with the objective of:
- Sharing knowledge and best practices
- Problem solving
- HR Support
A portal is being developed for the purpose and in the interim a dedicated email id will facilitate regular interaction.
Hinduja Leadership Programme

HLP associates interact with HR representatives
The annual Hinduja Leadership Programme (HLP) Meet was organised for all HLP associates across the Group from 24th-26th November, 2012, which was attended by HLP associates from the 2006 through 2012 batches.
Inaugurated by Sudhanshu Tripathi, Group President – HR, Hinduja Group, the Meet saw HLPs and HR representatives from all Group companies interact with each other in a free and open environment. Associates shared their HLP experience, issues faced by them and suggestions to better the programme.

The interactions were followed by a 2-day outbound leadership development programme conducted by external facilitators. The programme provided HLPs with the opportunity to challenge their personal espoused limits, in a safe, non-threatening and friendly environment, engage and creatively address people and process issues in a wide variety of contexts and bond with each other through group activities.
