In a Top 10 BPO employer's list released in 2012, Dataquest ranked HGS at the no 6 position. Last year, HGS stood on position 13. Dataquest is a research organisation that conducts nation-wide surveys across 100 InfoTech companies to release scores on the DQ Top IT-BPO and satisfaction rankings.
The employee satisfaction score was calculated based on 11 parameters, weighted and indexed on a score of 100.
With an Empex score of 80.1, this is a huge leap for HGS in terms of employee satisfaction, which at rank 4, places the company above Wipro BPO, Mahindra Satyam, Birla Minacs, and FIS Global Business Solutions. Aegis ranked 1, followed by vCustomer.

Results of the DQ CMR E-SAT Survey 2012 have placed HGS in the top 4 for 'overall satisfaction', and in the top 7 for 'employee score', among other BPO companies. People management is a critical function in the BPO business for which HGS was ranked no 4. With rank 3 in terms of 'company image and training', HGS is now right there, among the best.
