 Yashika Lothkar and Priyesh Patel
Girls reigned supreme at Hinduja College, with many of them being versatile singers and dancers. While their performances ranged from classical to folk, the boys made an attempt at stand-up comedy.
Pretty and petite Yashika Lothkar won hands down when she confidently chose a career in modelling over love. "If my boyfriend really loves me, he will let me pursue my career," she said.
The winner among boys, Priyesh Patel, proved to be a great entertainer as his rap skills left everyone spellbound. On the other hand, runners-up Kunal More impressed the judges with his take on flaunting a girlfriend in college. "I don't think having a girl by your side can be termed very cool, nor does it lift one's status in college," he said.
Celebrity judge Karanvir Bohra, who made a style statement as he had his trademark hood and was not apologetic about arriving late. Instead, he said it was a deliberate move to build up momentum and anxiety among the students, which he was successful in doing.
He stumped the students with questions like, 'Do you think boys have sex on their mind all the time?' and 'What will you do if you are stuck in a lift with Poonam Pandey for several hours?' But Karanvir, too, wasn't spared by the students.
Referring to his character in a telly show, where he plays a psychotic spouse, the students asked, 'Do you beat up your wife?' Pat came the reply. "No, actually my wife beats me up and I remove my frustration on my screen wife," he said, amid applause and laughter.
