National Nutrition Week was celebrated between 1st September - 7th September, 2022 with the aim is to create awareness about good nutrition and good health.
Dietitian team organized several activities for the staff such as Sensory Evaluation Test, Hand Grip Strength and Healthy Dip with Healthy Stick contests. Health Talk on the topic, “Nutrition for the Mind, Body and Soul” was organized for General Public on 7th September, 2022. Preparation of healthy recipes was demonstrated live.
Physiotherapy team demonstrated few exercises followed by Ms.Sheena Sood (Consultant, Psychologist) who spoke on the
topic, “Role of Health Psychology and Counselling in the medical scenario and how the pandemic has highlighted it”.
