The theme for World Patient Safety Day on 17th September 2022 was ‘Medication without Harm’. Staff engagement activity like an online quiz competition was organized. Additionally, a special session addressed by our own CEO, COO, Director Clinical Governance, and Director Nursing on spreading the message of the importance of safety and medication safety was organised.
