P. D. Hinduja Hospital, Khar had organized a CPD for Family Physicians on 20th May, 2023 on the topic, “Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery”.
Dr. Shashank Shah (Consultant, Bariatric Surgery) spoke on the topic, “Myths facts of Bariatric Surgery and know the recent advances” followed by Dr. Manoj Chawla (Consultant, Diabetologist) who threw highlights on “Advances in Glycaemic Monitoring” and Dr. Jaydeep Palep (Consultant, Bariatric Surgery) spoke on the topic “What is Metabolic Surgery and Surgery for Type 2 Diabetes?”
The talk was then followed by an interactive session.
